Stand-up show by Melbourne and Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominated comedian Olga Koch, with an age restriction of 16.
Olga Koch is playing The Wardrobe on Tuesday 10 November, with the show running from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. She's a Melbourne and Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominated stand-up, and this is a solo gig.
It's not your usual set of stand-up. Koch builds the whole show around a single story that she admits isn't really her own, and she weaves it together with recent history in what she describes as an immersive, genre-defying performance. It's a bit of a departure from the standard line of jokes, so it's worth keeping in mind if you're expecting a typical comedy night.
The show has been reviewed favourably by The Telegraph, The Guardian and The Observer, so it's coming to Leeds with some solid backing behind it. If you're into comedy that leans more towards the storytelling side of things, this should be right up your street.
