Live performance by ms.ray in the gig room of Headrow House, the former textile mill turned arts and events space in Leeds city centre.
ms.ray plays Headrow House on Monday 9 November, a live performance in the city centre. It's a solo bill, with ms.ray as the only name on the night.
Headrow House is a former textile mill built in the early 1900s, left to ten years of neglect before it was transformed into an arts, food, drink and events space. It's a busy spot: there's a large beer hall, the Ox Club restaurant — a solid-fuel grill cooking with Yorkshire produce that's featured in both the Michelin Guide and the Good Food Guide — and two roof terraces. The gig takes place in the first-floor room, which holds 150 standing or 80 seated, and the venue is step-free from the main entrance to the event space via a lift.

If you're planning to come, the address is 19a The Headrow, LS1 6PU, right in the heart of Leeds. It's a Monday night, so it's one of those mid-week dates that works if you're nearby rather than trekking in from far out. With the beer hall and the restaurant on site, there's plenty of room to eat or drink before the music starts.
