Full day of industry panels, networking, tech demos and hands-on music business workshops for artists, DJs, producers and music professionals.
M.I.N.E is back on Saturday 17 October at Academy94 in Leeds, returning after a two-year break as a full day for artists, DJs, producers and music industry professionals to connect. It's a long one, running from 10:00 to 17:00, and the day is built around industry panels, artist conversations, networking, tech demos and one-to-one meetings with people working across labels, management, events, education, promotion and the night-time economy. The organisers pitch it as a place to turn talk into real opportunities, so it's less about chatting for the sake of it and more about actually getting something moving.
Alongside the networking, there are hands-on workshops covering Ableton, Logic, artist branding and music marketing, with industry guest speakers and the chance to meet the people who move culture forward. If you're more of a maker than a manager, that's where the day leans in—you can pick up some practical skills in the morning and then spend the afternoon talking to the people who might actually work with what you're making. It's aimed at anyone involved in the music world looking to grow their career or find new collaborators, whether you're just starting out or you've been at it for a while.
