Waterstones Leeds is hosting a midnight launch for A Court of Splintered Harmony, the sixth book in Sarah J. Maas's A Court of Thorns and Roses series, on Monday 26 October. It runs from 9:30 PM to 11:59 PM at the Albion Street shop, so it's a late one that takes you right up to the release hour.
The whole night is built around that midnight moment: as the clock ticks over, you can buy your copy of the new book and take it home. Until then, the evening is filled with themed activities and goodies, and there's a costume prize for the best outfit inspired by the series, so if you've got a particular character in mind, this is the night to bring it out. Just a heads-up that Sarah J. Maas herself won't be attending, so it's a gathering for the readers rather than a book signing.
