All-night soul club night by Soul Mass Transit System at Hope House on Mabgate.
Grand Soul Central are taking over Hope House on Friday 30 October, and they're staying until the sun comes up. It's an all-night soul club event, presented by Soul Mass Transit System, so the music doesn't stop when the clock hits midnight — it runs right through until Saturday 31 October.
If you're not familiar with the name, Soul Mass Transit System are the ones behind the night, and they've put Grand Soul Central at the centre of it. The whole thing is built around soul music, and the all-night format means it's more of a dancefloor affair than a seated gig. You can drift in and out as you like, or stay for the long haul from the first record to the early hours.
