Ferocious Dog play the Brudenell Social Club with Voodoo Radio on their 'Ferocious UK Farewell Tour'.
Ferocious Dog play the Brudenell Social Club on Friday 6 November, with Voodoo Radio opening the night. It's part of their Ferocious UK Farewell Tour, so this is one of the last chances to catch them live.
They're a six-piece folk-punk band from Mansfield, fronted by Ken Bonsall, whose lyrics and stage presence drive their high-octane live shows. They blend folk with rock, reggae and Celtic influences, with Jamie Burney on fiddle and Sam Wood on strings rounding out the sound. Their 2024 album Kleptocracy followed The Hope, which debuted at number one on the Official UK & Ireland Folk Album Charts. In November 2015 they became the first unsigned act to sell out Rock City in Nottingham in advance, and in 2016 they played Billy Bragg's Left Field stage at Glastonbury and toured with The Levellers. Their fans, the 'Hell Hounds', are known for forming totem-pole mosh pits.
