Halloween-themed family yoga session with Debs Grossman, combining partner poses, gentle yoga games, breathing exercises and guided relaxation for all ages.
Love Yoga Leeds is hosting a Halloween special of its family yoga session on Saturday 24 October, from 11:30 am to 12:15 pm. It's a 45-minute class held in the studio's Grade II listed chapel in the heart of Meanwood, and it's designed to bring parents, carers and children together through playful movement, relaxation and mindfulness.
This particular session leans into connection, movement, play and relaxation for all ages. The hour is built around partner poses, gentle yoga games, simple breathing exercises and a guided relaxation — a chance to slow down and warm up together. You don't need any prior yoga experience to join in, and all ages and abilities are welcome. If you're bringing a younger child, or if you have an injury, a health condition, or are pregnant or recently postpartum, they ask that you get in touch before booking.
Leading the session is Debs Grossman, who has been teaching since 2001 and trained at Seasonal Yoga Academy in Glasgow. She also runs Kids Yoga on Thursdays and has a particular interest in supporting children with additional needs, disabilities and trauma.
