Live disco tribute show with West End professionals and musicians, followed by a DJ set until midnight, at Bibis Italianissimo.
Disco Inferno is coming to Bibis Italianissimo Restaurant & Cocktail Bar on Thursday 17 December and Friday 18 December. It's a celebration of the golden era of disco, pitched as 'the Biggest Get Down In Town' for anyone who ever fancied a night at New York's Studio 54, complete with glitter balls and a light show.
The show is put on by a cast of West End professionals and some of the UK's finest musicians, and it works its way through a playlist of disco classics with pitch-perfect harmonies and slick choreography. You'll hear 'Can You Feel It', 'Don't Blame It On The Boogie', 'Car Wash', 'It's Raining Men' and 'Play That Funky Music', drawing on the hits of Donna Summer, Earth Wind & Fire, the Bee Gees and the Jackson 5. When the live show finishes, a DJ keeps the dance floor going until midnight.
Bibis Italianissimo is an authentic family-owned Italian restaurant and cocktail bar in Leeds city centre that's been around since 1974, and its stage comes alive bi-weekly with live bands and tribute acts. This is a Christmas special, so it's paired with a festive three-course menu.
