Live jazz night at The Domino Club on Grand Arcade, with the Devon Salinas Trio playing original music and soul and pop classics.
Devon Salinas Trio play The Domino Club on Saturday 31 October, with the music starting at 7:00pm and doors open from 6:00pm. The set is a mix of their own original music and well-known soul and pop classics, so you'll get a bit of both: their own writing alongside songs you'll likely recognise.
The Domino Club is a basement venue in a Grade II listed building on Grand Arcade, and it runs live music from Wednesday to Sunday, mostly funk, soul, blues and jazz. There are special events on Tuesdays and a jazz jam on the first Sunday of each month. It's a standing venue with a small number of bookable tables and a bar serving cocktails. On regular Friday and Saturday nights there's a £9 door charge; the rest of the week it's pay as you feel, with all the money going to the musicians. The club is strictly 18+ and has no accessible entrance because it's in a basement.
