Exhibition bringing together six artists whose work reflects lineage, spirituality, politics, and cultural memory.
Visual Voice: Moments of Abstraction opens at the Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center on November 3, 2026, and runs through November 7. It's a group exhibition that brings together six artists whose work circles around lineage, spirituality, politics, and cultural memory.
The lineup includes Jeremy Bell, Kerry Grant, Clarissa Knighten, Jason Piggie, Michael Toombs, and Jason Wilcox. With six names in the room, you'll get to see how each one handles those themes—lineage, spirituality, politics, and cultural memory—from their own angle. It's not a single perspective, but a conversation between six different practices.
