Country music trio of triplet brothers Treyson, JD, and Chaz Stafford live in concert.
TRIPPP are playing Knuckleheads Saloon in Kansas City on Friday, October 16. They're a country rock trio of triplet brothers—Treyson, JD, and Chaz Stafford—who grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and now live in Nashville.
On stage, JD Stafford takes the lead vocals, with Chaz on guitar and Treyson on bass. They describe their sound as a blend of Memphis blues, Kentucky bluegrass, and Southern rock, held together by the family harmony that's become their signature. It's a mix that pulls from a few different corners of the South, and since they're triplets, that harmony is something they've had going since long before they ever picked up instruments.
They've been building a name for themselves in Nashville for a few years now. They made their Grand Ole Opry debut in December 2022 as special guests of Josh Turner, won the 2023 Belmont University Songwriter's Showcase, and were named one of The Nashville Briefing's '25 Country Artists to Watch' in 2024. Their recordings were produced by Jon Conley, lead guitarist for Kenny Chesney, and they've put out an EP called nothin' and a self-titled album. They've played more than 300 shows to date, opening for artists like Hardy, Riley Green, and Gavin Adcock.
