Live music performance by ML Buch at recordBar in Kansas City.
ML Buch plays recordBar on Monday, October 12. It's a single-bill night, so the focus stays on one name from start to finish.
If you're not already familiar, ML Buch is the project of singer-songwriter and producer ML Buch. The music sits in that quiet, textural corner of indie rock, where the songs are built around a voice and a guitar and there's plenty of room for the silence in between. It's the kind of record-listening music that works just as well in a live room, and this show is a chance to hear it that way.
For the night, the lineup is just ML Buch. No opening act to warm up the room, so the set starts with the main feature and carries through the whole evening. It's a straightforward bill: one artist, one stage, and a full set of songs.
