Country music artist Gavin Adcock performs live at The Midland Theatre as part of the Acoustic Christmas 2026 series.
Gavin Adcock plays The Midland Theatre on Tuesday, December 8, as part of the Acoustic Christmas 2026 series. He's not coming alone: STELLA LEFTY, Tyler Nance, and Zach John King are all on the bill, so there's more than one act to catch before the headliner takes the stage.
Adcock is a Georgia native, born and raised in Watkinsville. He spent his younger years working on his family's cattle farm and dreamed of riding bulls in the PBR, and he played football at Georgia Southern University. He started writing songs in high school, but it wasn't until the spring of 2021, when he tore his knee playing football, that he used his recovery time to record and release his first original single. Since then, he's amassed over a billion global streams, with the fan-favorite "A Cigarette" accounting for more than 150 million on its own.
His album Actin' Up Again was the largest major-label country debut from a solo male artist in 2024, and the year's top streaming major-label debut across the genre. His headlining tour dates tend to sell out almost as soon as they're announced, so if you're planning to go, it's worth getting your tickets early. The Kansas City date is part of the Acoustic Christmas 2026 series, which puts this one in a holiday context.
