FOTZ Annual Meeting

Friends of the Zoo are holding their annual board meeting at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium on Thursday, October 22. It's the yearly gathering for the organization's members, and this one takes place right on the zoo grounds in Kansas City.

The meeting follows a standard board format: there's a recognition segment to acknowledge the people who've put in work over the past year, and then the voting portion where members have their say on the organization's direction. The guest speaker presentation is the other main part of the program, bringing in an outside voice to talk to the group.
