Carlo Z residency night ft. DJ Sunshine, SANA and Austin Carpenter

Carlo Z takes over In The Lowest Ferns on Saturday, October 17, for a residency night featuring DJ Sunshine, SANA, and Austin Carpenter. The night is presented by NOMADA, and the lineup puts Carlo Z at the center of the bill with the other three filling out the rest of the evening.

If you haven't spent much time there, In The Lowest Ferns is a moody HIFI lounge and communal space in the historic annex of the Crane building in Kansas City's West Bottoms, built around a Danley Sound Labs HIFI system. It's one of the recurring formats within the NOMADA ecosystem, sitting alongside their Barraca nights, with each one transforming the room around a different idea. NOMADA's Kansas City programming is built on sound, movement, and community, pairing music and listening events—DJ sets, live performances, and listening sessions—with movement and wellness programming that extends beyond a traditional nightlife calendar.

This particular night falls under the residency format, which means Carlo Z is the anchor here, with DJ Sunshine, SANA, and Austin Carpenter joining in. It's a 21+ event, so you'll need your ID. Doors open at 8 PM, and tickets are $12.46.
