Punk rock night featuring Bruiser Queen, Dog Party and Social Cinema at the miniBar venue.
Bruiser Queen headlines miniBar on Friday, October 16, with Dog Party and Social Cinema opening. It's a three-band bill on a Friday night, so you'll get a full run of sets rather than just one act. The show starts at 7 PM, and the venue is at 3810 Broadway Boulevard in Kansas City.
Bruiser Queen takes the top spot, with Dog Party and Social Cinema filling out the rest of the lineup. With three bands on the bill, the night stretches across several sets, so it's the kind of show where you can arrive early and catch the openers rather than just showing up for the headliner. If you're only familiar with one of the names, it's a good chance to see who else is playing on the same bill.
It's a Friday night show, which makes it an easy one to build a whole evening around. Since it's at miniBar, you're right in the mix of the city's music scene, and the 7 PM start gives you plenty of room to get there without rushing. If you're coming from across town, you've got the whole evening ahead of you.
