Meditation and breathwork session led by Amber to explore relaxation, mindfulness and resilience techniques for all experience levels.
Breathe. Rest. Belong. is back on Saturday, October 31, at the Southeast Branch of the Kansas City Public Library. It's a meditation and breathwork series led by Amber, part of the library's Health & Well-Being programming. The session runs from 11 AM to 12 PM.
The focus here is on the breath. Amber leads the group through simple techniques designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and resilience—the kind of things that help when the day gets a bit too loud. The idea is to build practical skills you can actually use every day, not just while you're in the room. If you've never done meditation or breathwork before, that's fine; all experience levels are welcome, so you don't need to come in with any prior practice.

It's one session in a larger series, so if you're just starting out, this is a good place to dip in. The whole thing is hosted by the Kansas City Public Library as part of their Health & Well-Being programming, which means it's a community resource rather than a private studio class. You'll be at the Southeast Branch, and the session runs from 11 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, October 31.
