A Hocus Pocus-inspired spooky Halloween pop-up bar with live music, parodies, cocktails and snacks.
Amuck, Amuck, Amuck! opens at PH Coffee & Public House in the Historic Northeast on October 9, and it runs on select nights through October 30. It's a Hocus Pocus-inspired Halloween pop-up bar, and the title comes straight from the movie—the Sanderson sisters' favorite phrase when they're running wild. The whole thing is built around live music, parodies, and spooky cocktails, so it's as much a show as it is a place to get a drink.
The show is written and directed by Casey Jane, with Elise Hawley stage managing. On stage you'll find Maggie Hutchison, Briana Marxen-McCollom, and Briana Van Deusen playing the Sanderson sisters—the soul-sucking sirens of Salem. The evening pairs drinks and snacks with a performance that plays on the film's cult following, so if you've spent your Octobers quoting the movie, this is right in your wheelhouse. It's a pop-up, which means it's only here for a few weeks.

Since it's not every night, you'll want to pick your dates carefully. The show runs on October 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Doors open at 6 PM, seating starts at 7 PM, and the show kicks off at 8 PM. The bar stays open until 11 PM, so there's plenty of time for cocktails before and after the performance. Advanced reservations are recommended, especially since it's a limited run. If you're planning to go, it's worth booking your spot early rather than leaving it to chance.
