A tribute concert to Ace Frehley featuring the Ace Frehley Band, with performances by Bad Marriage and STRETCH.
Ace Frehley Band is playing a tribute to Ace Frehley at Grinders Event Venue on Saturday, October 10. It's a full night of guitar-driven rock, with the Ace Frehley Band taking the main slot and two other acts, Bad Marriage and STRETCH, opening for them. If you've spent any time with KISS, you know the space Ace carved out in the band — the lead guitar work and the stage presence — and that's what this whole evening is built around.
Having two openers means the music starts well before the headliner takes the stage. Bad Marriage and STRETCH will set the table, so you'll get a full run of live bands rather than just one act. By the time the Ace Frehley Band comes on, the room should be warmed up and ready for the tribute. It's the kind of lineup that lets you show up early and stay late without feeling like you missed the best part.
The venue is Grinders Event Venue, located at 1826 Locust St in the Crossroads Arts District. It's right in the middle of one of the city's most active neighborhoods, so it's easy to get to and just as easy to find a spot for a drink or a bite before or after the show. If you're coming from outside the Crossroads, it's a straightforward trip into the heart of the district.

Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the music kicks off at 7:30 PM, running through until 11 PM. Entry is free, so there's no ticket to worry about — you just show up. Between the two openers and the main set, you're looking at a good stretch of live music to carry you through the night.
