Grammy-winning Broadway actress Jenn Colella, known for 'Come from Away' and 'Dear Evan Hansen', brings her cabaret show to The Cabaret.
Jenn Colella plays The Cabaret on Thursday, November 12, and Friday, November 13, 2026, with both shows starting at 8 PM. It's a cabaret concert, so the set is built around Broadway showstoppers, and she'll be the one singing them.
Colella is a Tony nominee and a Grammy winner with a career that stretches across Broadway, television, film, and higher education. She's best known for playing Captain Beverley Bass in Come from Away, a role that earned her an Outer Critics Circle Award, a Drama Desk Award, and a Tony nomination for Best Featured Actress in a Musical. That same role picked up Craig Noel, Helen Hayes, and Dora Awards during the show's pre-Broadway runs. She also won a Grammy for the Dear Evan Hansen cast recording. Her Broadway credits include If/Then, Chaplin, High Fidelity, and Urban Cowboy, and on screen she's currently playing Captain Alison Kershaw on CBS's Elsbeth.
The Cabaret, run by the Glick Group, is a chandelier-filled room that holds around 190 people. It's billed as the Midwest's home for cabaret, a place where Broadway stars, jazz artists, and international acts trade standards for original numbers and stories with the audience. The venue has picked up a few awards along the way: Indianapolis Monthly's Best of Indy for Best New Performance Venue in 2018, the Arts Council of Indianapolis' Artful Impact Award that same year, and the Indy Chamber People's Choice Monumental Award for Interior Design in 2022.
