ICC Season Concert: Sounds of the Season Connection

Indy County Choirs are bringing their holiday concert, Sounds of the Season Connection, to the Pike Performing Arts Center on Sunday, December 13. It's a big one—seven different choirs sharing the stage over the course of the evening.

That lineup runs the full range of the organization. You'll hear the Neighborhood Choir Academy, the Foundations Choir, Jubilate, the Preparatory Choirs, the Beginning Level Choirs, the Lyric Choirs, and the Alumni Choir. It's a lot of voices on one stage, with the younger groups and the alumni both getting their moment.

The program is built around classic carols and festive songs from around the world, and the organizers describe these holiday performances as a tradition in the Indianapolis community. It's the kind of show that leans on the familiar—the carols you grew up with and the holiday songs that show up every December—rather than trying to reinvent the wheel.

If you're planning to go, the concert starts at 6 PM at the Pike Performing Arts Center, 6701 Zionsville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46268. With seven choirs on the bill, it's a long one, so keep that in mind if you're timing your evening around it.
