Family holiday brunch with a hot buffet, photos with the Christmas tree and a visit with Santa, tied to the Indianapolis Symphony's Yuletide concert.
Brunch with Santa returns to the Hilbert Circle Theatre on Sunday, December 13, from 12 PM to 2 PM. It's part of the AES Indiana Yuletide Celebration, which is marking its 40th anniversary this year. The brunch is set up as a family preview: you get early access to the lobby for photos with the Christmas tree, a buffet of hot dishes and pastries, and a visit with Santa in the Wood Room, which looks out over Monument Circle. The lobby also brings in a Wurlitzer organ, costumed characters, and seasonal treats.
It's tied to the afternoon's concert, so you need tickets to the show to attend the brunch. You can add it when you're picking your seats, or buy it separately if you've already got your matinee tickets. The concert itself is hosted by Curtis Bannister and conducted by Maestro Jack Everly, with a full orchestra, vocalists, cirque artists, and choreography. The program includes the 'Twas the Night Before Christmas story, tap-dancing Santas, Cyr Wheel performer Nick Hodge, and Rolla Bolla artist Ermiyas Muluken.
