Interactive murder mystery dinner theater with a three-course meal; the October theme is a modern billionaire's masquerade ball.
The Murder Mystery Co. is bringing its public dinner theater to Saltgrass Steak House on Friday, October 23, at 7 PM. It's an interactive murder mystery dinner, so you're not just sitting and watching a playβyou're part of the story, helping to figure out who did it while you eat.
The October theme is a modern billionaire's masquerade ball. The whole company changes its theme and story every month, so this is the one for the fall. Other months bring things like a 1920s Mafia wedding, an Old Hollywood gala, an '80s battle of the bands, or a wedding gone wrong. Each show runs about two to two and a half hours and includes a three-course meal, with validated parking available.
There's some history behind it, too. The public dinner theater was created by Scott Cramton, a Shark Tank winner and producer of the award-winning Off-Broadway mystery Speakeasy Die Softly. With more than two decades of experience, the company has entertained millions of guests across the United States by combining professional performers, interactive storytelling, comedy, and audience participation. It's a mix of a meal and a show, and since you're involved, it's a bit different from your usual night out.
