A reimagined afternoon tea experience at Hotel Granduca, blending Italian elegance with Southern luxury, featuring refined savoury and sweet bites paired with fine teas and cocktails.
Tea d'Alba is back at Hotel Granduca Houston, running Friday through Sunday from 12 PM to 2 PM. It's the reimagined version of the hotel's old afternoon tea, brought back after a recent revamp as a celebration of Italian elegance and Southern luxury. It's served in the newly renovated Alba Tea Room, where Italian charm meets English tradition: tiers of refined savory bites and sweet indulgences, each given a signature Italian twist, paired with fine teas from Dammann Frères and Smith Teamaker. Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese is the one behind the menu.
If you're in the mood for something more than tea, there are tea-inspired cocktails and Champagne pairings to add—the Langhe Bloom, the Nebbiolo Negroni, and the Alba Bianco Spritz. The room is also available for private events, so it works as a group spot as much as a quiet afternoon for two. It's located in the Galleria / Uptown area, at 1080 Uptown Park Blvd, Houston, TX 77056. Prices run from $39 to $98 per person, and it runs Friday through Sunday, 12 PM to 2 PM.
