Country music group Little Big Town performs live with support from Waylon Payne at The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts.
Little Big Town play The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, October 30, 2026, as part of their For The Art Of It tour. The Houston date is one stop on a run that takes the group across the country, and they're bringing Waylon Payne along to open.
If you've followed them for a while, you know the lineup: Karen Fairchild, Phillip Sweet, Kimberly Schlapman, and Jimi Westbrook. They've spent the last couple of decades collecting a long list of awards — Grammy, CMA, ACM, AMA, and Emmy — and they're best known for songs like "Girl Crush" and "Pontoon," as well as the Grammy-winning number one "Better Man."
Opening the night is Waylon Payne, son of Jody Payne and Sammi Smith. He debuted with The Drifter in 2004 after writing for Pat Green, played Jerry Lee Lewis in the film Walk the Line, and returned in 2020 with Blue Eyes, The Harlot, The Queer, The Pusher & Me. He'll set the stage before Little Big Town takes over for the main set.
