Hip-hop concert featuring Kirko Bangz, Paul Wall, Slim Thug and Mike Jones as part of the King of Cars Car Show & Culture Fest.
Kirko Bangz is playing the Reliant Arena on Sunday, November 22, as part of Slim Thug Presents the King of Cars Car Show & Culture Fest. It's not just a concert—the whole day is built around Houston car culture, with more than 200 custom cars on display. Alongside the cars, the festival brings together live performances from H-Town legends, DJs, interactive entertainment, gaming, vendors, and VIP experiences. The show itself is billed as a celebration of the city's culture, held at the historic Reliant Arena.
Kirko Bangz isn't the only name on the bill. He shares the stage with Paul Wall, Slim Thug, and Mike Jones—four Houston staples in one lineup. Bangz, known as 'The Don,' is a Houston native whose sound pulls from hip-hop, R&B, trap, and southern rap. Seeing him alongside Wall, Thug, and Jones puts a lot of the city's rap history in one room, so it's a heavy lineup for anyone who's followed the local scene.

If you're planning to go, keep in mind that this is a full-day event, not just a night out. The festival opens at 1 PM, so you can spend the afternoon walking through the custom cars and checking out the vendors before the music starts. There's an awards ceremony at 5 PM, and the main show kicks off at 6:30 PM. If you only want the music, 6:30 PM is your mark, but coming early lets you see the cars and the rest of the festival first. The venue is Reliant Arena, 1 NRG Pkwy, Houston, TX 77054.
