Hudson Mueller

Hudson Mueller plays Coffee House Live @ St. Andrew's on Saturday, October 10, with Karyn Oliver joining him on the bill. It's a Houston stop for the New York songwriter, whose songs are described as being woven from the fabric of imagination and whimsy. The set sits across folk rock, acoustic, and folk styles, and the billing lists it as acoustic country and americana.

Mueller is a songwriter from New York, and his work pulls from a few different traditions. The folk rock and acoustic elements lean toward the singer-songwriter end of the spectrum, while the americana and country tags point to the rootsy, guitar-driven side of things. Between those, there's a fair bit of room for the whimsical side he's known for, so the set should touch on both the grounded and the more imaginative. Karyn Oliver is also on the bill, so you'll get two songwriters in one evening.

The show is at Coffee House Live @ St. Andrew's, 5308 Buffalo Speedway, in Houston. It starts at 7 PM on Saturday, October 10.
