Convention with cosplay, gaming, workshops, panels and autographs from celebrities like Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis.
Houston Celebrity Comic Con is coming to the NRG Center on October 17 and 18, 2026. It's a two-day convention that pulls together a few different worlds under one roof, so you can spend as much or as little time as you want there.
On the celebrity side, the main draw is the autographs. Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis are both on the list, and they're joined by other guests throughout the weekend. If you're more into the community side of things, there's cosplay, gaming, workshops, and panels. The workshops are a good place to pick up a new skill, and the panels give you a chance to hear from the guests and other creators in a group setting. Between the two days, you can move from the autograph lines to the gaming area and back again.
Since it runs across Saturday and Sunday, you've got a couple of ways to do it. You can knock it all out in one long day or spread it across the weekend, which is usually the easier way to hit the panels and the autograph tables without rushing. The venue is the NRG Center, located at 1 NRG Park in Houston, TX 77054. If you're coming from across town, it's a big enough space that you'll want to give yourself some time to get settled before you start your day.
