World-class polo match with player parade, live music, commentary and halftime Champagne divot stomp.
The Galvin Agency Classic returns to the Houston Polo Club on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 4 PM. It's a world-class polo match played on the club's home field, which sits tucked behind Memorial Park at 8552 Memorial Dr. Galvin Agency presents the trophies, and the match is the centerpiece of an afternoon that goes well beyond the game itself.
Before the first chukka, there's a player parade, and throughout the match, live music and expert commentary keep things moving. The halftime break brings the Champagne divot stomp, a polo tradition where spectators head onto the field to stomp the torn-up turf back into place. Between the parade, the music, and the stomp, the match is just one part of the day.
