Étoile Cuisine et Bar celebrates its 14th anniversary with a special four-course game dinner featuring guinea fowl, duck, boar and venison, led by Chef Philippe Verpiand.
Étoile Cuisine et Bar is celebrating its 14th anniversary on Tuesday, October 20, with a four-course game dinner. The evening marks 14 years since the restaurant opened in Uptown Park, and it's Chef Philippe Verpiand leading the kitchen for the occasion.
Verpiand has built the menu around game, and the four courses run through guinea fowl, duck, boar, and venison. It's a focused lineup—four different game meats in one sitting—so if you're usually a chicken-and-steak person, this is a good chance to work your way through a few things you don't order every day. The menu is fixed, and the dinner is $85 per person.
