A premier gathering for the Houston engineering community to celebrate the Cullen College of Engineering and support the Dean's Top 50 Initiative.
The Cullen Gala: Legacy In Motion is coming to the Hilton Americas-Houston on Thursday, October 22, from 6 PM to 9 PM. It's a night for the Houston engineering community, and the room brings together industry leaders, distinguished alumni, and faculty to celebrate the Cullen College of Engineering's ongoing mission of excellence and innovation.
The evening is more than just a gathering, though. The proceeds go to the Dean's Top 50 Initiative, which the college describes as a way to focus on what makes the biggest difference: great faculty, strong students, and bold ideas. If you've spent any time around the city's engineering scene, you know how much of Houston's industry is built on exactly those things, so the night is as much about the people in the room as it is about the fundraising.
It's a good chance to see where the college stands and who's driving it forward. You'll find a mix of the people who've been around the program for years and the newer faces coming up through the ranks, all in one place for a few hours. If you're part of the Houston engineering world, it's a natural spot to be on a Thursday night.
