Combichrist with Ludovico Technique and Dead Animal Assembly Plant (D.A.A.P.)

Combichrist headlines Numbers Nightclub on Sunday, October 11, with Ludovico Technique and Dead Animal Assembly Plant (D.A.A.P.) opening the night. It's a three-act bill that keeps the whole evening in the same industrial-leaning territory, so you won't be jumping between wildly different sounds.

Ludovico Technique is a Gothic Alternative Metal band from New York City, built around singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Ben V. They started by drawing from goth industrial acts like Skinny Puppy and The Sisters of Mercy, and later pulled in Type O Negative, Rammstein, and Rob Zombie. They first made a name for themselves with their debut album, Some Things are Beyond Therapy, and then followed it up with We Came to Wreck Everything and the 2017 record Absence. Their most recent release, Haunted People, came out in 2022. Along the way, they've been featured in Alternative Press, Loudwire, Metal Injection, and Orkus!, and have topped international iTunes metal charts.

Dead Animal Assembly Plant (D.A.A.P.) rounds out the lineup as the second opener, leaving the main slot to Combichrist. Between the three, you've got a full night of industrial and metal textures rather than a single band and a couple of unrelated supports.

The show is at Numbers Nightclub, 300 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77006, on Sunday, October 11, starting at 7 PM.
