An immersive after-hours experience blending art, music, technology and nightlife with large-scale projection mapping and interactive installations.
Art After Dark takes over The Warehouse at Silver Street Studios on Saturday, October 24, from 7 PM to 11 PM. It's an after-hours session that turns the warehouse into a social destination where art, music and technology intersect, and it's strictly 21 and over.
The room is wrapped in large-scale projection mapping created specifically for the night, with immersive installations and interactive art running alongside the music. There are specialty cocktails to go with it, so you can move between the projections and the bar. Sawyer Yards co-owner Steve Gibson says the series builds on the campus's spirit of bringing creativity and community together, while events director Liz Lopez describes it as less like a traditional art event and more like stepping into an experience that blends art, projection, technology and nightlife.

It's an immersive, after-hours setup, so it's more about the atmosphere than a static gallery show. A portion of the net proceeds benefits Fresh Arts. General admission is $50, and VIP is $150. The Warehouse is at 2000 Edwards Street in Houston.
