13th Floor Haunted House

13th Floor Haunted House is back at 13th Floor Houston (7075 Farm to Market 1960 Road West, Ste 20) on select nights from September 12 to November 13, 2026. This year the big draw is Jason Universe: Survive the Night, an officially licensed Friday the 13th walkthrough that puts you face-to-face with Jason Voorhees, the hockey-masked killer who's been the face of the franchise since 1980. If you want to do more than just run, there's an interactive add-on called Jason Universe: Director's Cut where a small group of guests can control his next attack using four buttons—though the experience notes that Jason ultimately answers to no one, and you'll walk away with a collectible patch.

That's not the only thing on the bill. You've also got Containment: Sector 9 and Cannibals Crossing, plus two new five-minute Mini Escape Games and Zombie Apocalypse Live, which uses GellyBall. If you're 21 or older, there's The Hideout, a horror-themed secret bar, and axe throwing to round out the night. There's also a Respawn Pass if you want to go through the scares more than once.

Behind the scenes, the Houston location is run by Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group, which they call the world's largest Halloween-themed entertainment company, with more than 15 locations. The Jason walkthrough is licensed from Horror, Inc., the company behind the franchise, so it's the real deal rather than a generic slasher. The Houston spot has also been named one of the Top 5 Most Terrifying Haunted Houses in the U.S.A.

Tickets start at $19.99, and that's online only. It runs on select nights from September 12 through November 13, so you'll want to check the calendar before you head over to 7075 Farm to Market 1960 Road West.
