Live music session with No Mad Sky at the Crown Royal Stage of Rox Live in Halifax.
No Mad Sky are taking over the Crown Royal Stage at Rox Live this weekend, with two nights of live music on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19. Both sets run from 10:30 pm to 1:30 am, so if you're heading out on a Friday, you've got the Saturday night to fall back on if you can't make the first one.
It's a late-night slot, and the music goes well past midnight, so it's more of a proper night out than a quick stop. The Crown Royal Stage is where they'll be set up, right inside Rox Live at 1743 Grafton Street in downtown Halifax. If you're coming from elsewhere in the city, that puts you right in the heart of the downtown core, easy to get to and easy to walk away from when the set finally wraps up around 1:30.

As for the cost, it's a C$5 cover to get in, which goes up to C$10 after 11 pm—so if you're planning to be there for the start, getting in early saves you a few bucks. Drinks are C$2.50, and there's a C$7 food menu if you want something to eat while you're there. Between the two nights, you've got plenty of room to pick your evening, or to catch both if you're really feeling it. The music starts at 10:30 pm on both Friday and Saturday, and it runs until 1:30 am.
