Weekly charity trivia night hosted by comedian Brad Doiron at Good Robot Brewing Co., with proceeds donated to local nonprofits.
Goodwill Trivia Mondays run every Monday at Good Robot Brewing Co., the Robie Street Pub at 2736 Robie St. in the North End. It's a weekly trivia night hosted by local comedian Brad Doiron, and the whole thing is built around a different charity partner each week. That's the bit that changes the night: Doiron writes the questions to fit the cause on hand, so if a wildlife organization is the partner, you'll get an 'Animals and Nature' round. It keeps the trivia from feeling like the same old general knowledge loop.
The night is part of Good Robot's Goodwill Programs, which the brewery has been running since 2015. It's a long-standing setup, not a one-off. One of the bigger pieces of that is Goodwill Bot, an initiative that's raised more than C$120,000 for over 400 nonprofits, with partners like Dartmouth General Hospital and Fly With Me Animal Rescue. The trivia nights were launched as a weekly community event to channel hospitality nights toward charity, and they're billed as offering chill vibes and cheap beer.

On the money side, C$1 from every beverage sold goes to that week's charity partner, and entry is free, though some nonprofits may ask for donations. It's a low-stakes way to spend a Monday evening: you get a round of trivia, a few drinks, and a bit of money goes to a local cause. If you're planning to bring a group, reservations are by phone. The night starts at 7:00 pm.
