Celtic on the Harbour: Michael Lloyd

Michael Lloyd plays Stone's Throw Patio on Tuesday 11 August, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. He's part of Celtic on the Harbour, Discover Halifax's live music summer series that brings together some of Nova Scotia's best Celtic musicians to fill the waterfront with traditional sounds. The series runs every Tuesday through early September, so this is one of the remaining dates before the season wraps up.

Stone's Throw Patio is the outdoor dining spot at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel, at 1919 Upper Water Street. It's known for local seafood, sixteen local craft beers on tap, and a dog-friendly patio, so it's a place where you can eat and drink while the music is going. The series has featured East Coast artists like Wendy MacIsaac, Rachel & Darren, The Corbies and The East Enders, and Lloyd takes his turn on the bill this time around.

Admission is free, though reservations are recommended. The music runs from 6:30 to 8:30 pm on Tuesday 11 August at Stone's Throw Patio, 1919 Upper Water Street.
