Award-winning blues rock trio The Zac Schulze Gang bring their guitar-driven blues rock to Stereo Cafe Bar.
The Zac Schulze Gang play Stereo Cafe Bar on Thursday 25 February, their guitar-driven blues rock coming to the city centre. It's a trio fronted by guitarist and vocalist Zac Schulze, with his brother Ben Schulze on drums and Ant Greenwell on bass.
They're from Kent, and they channel the grit of 1970s icons like Rory Gallagher and Dr. Feelgood, though they keep a modern, punchy edge to it. The band first made a name for themselves at the Rory Gallagher Tribute Festival in Ireland, and since then they've picked up a few awards: Emerging Artist of the Year at the 2024 UK Blues Awards, and Young Artist of the Year in both 2025 and 2026. They've moved from pub gigs to major festival slots, including Eric Clapton's Crossroads Festival in Los Angeles, and they've released a debut album, Straight To It.

It's a straightforward blues-rock set, with the guitar taking centre stage. If you're into that 70s sound — the kind of thing Rory Gallagher and Dr. Feelgood did — that's exactly where they sit. The show starts at 7.30pm at Stereo Cafe Bar, 20-28 Renfield Lane, Glasgow City Centre G2 6PH.
