Colorado rock trio The Velveteers, with their dual-drummer lineup, perform live at Stereo Cafe Bar as part of their 'Child of the Universe' tour.
The Velveteers play Stereo Cafe Bar on Tuesday 16 February, part of their UK and European headline tour, Child of the Universe. They're a rock trio from Colorado, and the Glasgow date is one of the stops on this run across the UK and Europe.
What sets them apart is the dual-drummer lineup. Most rock trios run with one kit, but they've got two going at once, which puts a different kind of weight behind the sound. It's a particular way of building a set that you'll notice from the first few songs.
The Glasgow show is part of the Child of the Universe tour, so they'll be playing material from that record. It's a headline tour, meaning they're the main draw of the night, and they're bringing the Colorado trio lineup to the stage.
