Nashville songwriter Ron Pope brings his heartfelt stories and classic tracks to the historic Stereo Cafe Bar in Glasgow.
Ron Pope plays Stereo Cafe Bar on Saturday 19 November, bringing his Nashville songwriting to Glasgow for a night of his latest material and his best-known songs. He's a Nashville songwriter who's played across the Atlantic before, and this date sees him back in Scotland in front of a following of fans here.
What he's bringing is a mix of the new and the familiar. He'll be sharing his latest heartfelt stories alongside the songs he's most known for, so you'll hear the newer writing and the older tracks in the same set. It's a songwriter's gig, with the focus on the songs themselves.
Stereo Cafe Bar is at 20-28 Renfield Lane in Glasgow city centre, G2 6PH. It's been in that spot since 2007, in a building designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, and it runs a dedicated vegan bar and kitchen alongside its rooms. If you're coming from outside the centre, it's a short walk from Central station.
