Manchester indie band Northside celebrate the 35th anniversary of their debut album with this headline show.
Northside are playing Saint Luke's and the Winged Ox on Friday 4 December, their first Glasgow date in a while. The Manchester indie band are marking the thirty-fifth anniversary of their debut album with this headline show, so the set is built around the record that started it all.
The venue itself is worth a mention if you haven't been. Saint Luke's is housed in the third oldest church building in Glasgow, dating back to 1836, and it needs ongoing care and special restoration to keep its historic character. Because of that, a restoration levy is added to the ticket price, so a bit of your entry goes back into the building. The Winged Ox bar and kitchen runs alongside the room and is open seven days a week, serving an eclectic range of food if you want to eat before the music starts.
