Comedy cabaret show by the trio Fascinating Aida, featuring new songs and their greatest hits in a glamorous performance.
Fascinating Aida are playing King's Theatre on Thursday 11 March 2027, with the show starting at 7:30 PM. It's called Bawdacious!, and it's their first new show since they returned to the road following a 40th anniversary tour.
The trio β AdΓ¨le Anderson, Dillie Keane and Liza Pulman β describe themselves as a devilishly funny and gloriously glamorous cabaret act, and that's a fair summary of what they do. They've been working together for decades, and the new material is built around songs they've written themselves. They talk about the process in their own particular way, saying the songs come from their "human neural networks" and draw on a combined "deep-learning age" of 278 years. It's a bit of a wink at the AI talk of the moment, but the point is that the new songs come from their own long history together rather than a computer.
It's not all new, though. They've also gone back through their back catalogue to pull out the older songs they still love, and they describe the result as their "greatest and most sensationally analogue show ever." So you'll get the new stuff alongside the songs they've been playing for years, and the whole thing is held together by musical director Michael Roulston.
