Sir David Jason returns to Scotland with his new stage show, sharing stories, laughter and exclusive insights into his legendary career on British television, including Only Fools and Horses and The Darling Buds of May.
Sir David Jason returns to Scotland on Sunday 18 July 2027, at the King's Theatre in Glasgow city centre. He's touring a new stage show, An Evening with Sir David Jason, where he spends the night sharing stories, laughter and exclusive insights into a career that's become a bit of a British institution.
The evening takes you behind the scenes of some of the country's most beloved series. He'll be talking through Only Fools and Horses, Open All Hours, The Darling Buds of May and A Touch of Frost, with rare clips and secrets along the way. If you've spent years watching these on the telly, it's a chance to hear the stories that didn't make it into the episodes.
There's also a look at the voice work he's done over the years. He'll be talking about giving voice to characters like Danger Mouse, The BFG, Count Duckula and Toad, and he describes how he sometimes worked from nothing more than a single image as inspiration. It's a bit of a different side of his work to the sitcoms and dramas most of us know him for.

He won't be on his own for the whole thing, either; he's joined by presenter Mike Bushell from BBC Breakfast. The show is built for fans of the series that shaped British comedy and drama, so it's a good one if those shows were a part of your childhood or your living room.
It starts at 19:30 at the King's Theatre, 297 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JN, with tickets from Β£49.50 available through ATG Tickets.
