Fortnightly drop-in sessions of stories, music, community and friendship inspired by storyteller Beth Cross's Story Quilts.
Easy Sundays are back at The Scottish Storytelling Centre on Sunday 8 November and Sunday 29 November, two fortnightly sessions of stories, music, community and friendship. They're run by the Centre as a warm, welcoming space for all ages, so you can bring the kids or just turn up on your own.
The sessions draw on storyteller Beth Cross's Story Quilts, which invite visitors to pick a tale — dragons, brave adventurers, sea monsters or a cheeky monkey — and stitch their own story images onto a quilt for the next generation of story magic. It's as much about the making as the listening, with the storytelling and the stitching running side by side. The programme is supported by TRACS (Traditional Arts and Culture Scotland) and the Centre.
