Weekly Saturday all-levels vinyasa yoga flow at River North Brewery's Blake Street Taproom, with tacos from food trucks on the patio and a buy-one-get-one-free beer deal.
Yoga Social holds its Saturday session at River North Brewery in the RiNo Arts District, with the class running from 12 PM to 1 PM and a social hour following from 1 PM to 1:30 PM. It's an all-levels vinyasa flow, beginner- and advanced-friendly, and it takes place inside the brewery's Blake Street Taproom rather than in a studio.
The practice is paired with the neighborhood's food and drink scene: rotating tacos from trucks on the patio and a buy-one-get-one-free deal on the brewery's rotating craft beers. Non-alcoholic options are available too. The whole thing is run by Yoga Social, a Denver 501(c)3 that won Westword's People's Choice Award for Best Yoga Studio in Denver for the third year in a row. They describe their mission as making yoga accessible, fun, and community-focused by partnering with unique local venues, and they collaborate with local teachers to support community spaces, non-profits, businesses, and residents.
