Wagyu & Wine with The Capital Grille

The Capital Grille is running a Wagyu and wine pairing in its lounge at Larimer Square through Sunday, November 15. It's a straightforward setup: you pick one of three gourmet Wagyu burgers, known for their texture and tenderness, and pair it with a glass of wine or champagne. The meal comes with sea salt fries.

You've got two ways to handle the pairing. You can go with the chef-curated option, where they've already matched the burger with the wine they think works best, or you can pick your own glass and build the combination yourself. If you're not sure what goes with what, the curated route takes the guesswork out of it; if you've got a specific bottle in mind, you can just call it.

It's a lounge experience, so it's more of a relaxed, drop-in meal than a full dining room affair. The Wagyu burgers are the center of it, and the wine and champagne are there to complement them. The sea salt fries are served on the side with every order.
