A vibrant farmers market featuring fresh produce, food, drink and lifestyle vendors with live music in a festive atmosphere.
University Hills Farmers Market is back at Wellshire Presbyterian Church on Saturday, October 10, and it's running every Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM through October 31. This is the market's ninth year, and it's settled into a new home at 2999 S Colorado Blvd, at the corner of Colo Blvd and Amherst Ave—about three blocks from where it used to be.
It's a food-heavy market, with about 65% of the mix dedicated to things you can eat. The produce is anchored by Palizzi Farm in Brighton and Forte Fruits in Palisade, so you're getting Colorado-grown fruit and vegetables from two different parts of the state. Around those, there's a blend of other food, drink, and lifestyle vendors, meaning you can pick up your produce and a few other things in one trip.
Live music is a regular fixture here, and the whole thing leans into a festive vibe that makes it as much a social Saturday morning as a shopping trip. If you're coming from across town, both this market and the nearby Evergreen Farmers Market offer plenty of free parking and easy access.
