New Zealand dubstep producer and DJ Truth performs live at ReelWorks Denver, with support from Chef Boyarbeatz, WRAZ x HYPHO, CØNTRA and Breathworkz.
Truth are playing ReelWorks in RiNo on Saturday, October 17, starting at 8 PM. They're coming from New Zealand, where they've spent over a decade carving out a name in the international dubstep scene as both producers and DJs. They've played hundreds of shows and festivals across Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Asia, and the Americas, and have hosted Deep Dark & Dangerous takeovers at festivals like Shambhala, Outlook, and Infrasound.
They release music on their own label, Deep Dark & Dangerous, which they started in 2012. Beyond the dancefloor, they've worked as remixers and sound designers, with their work appearing in major TV productions like American Horror Story. They took home Best Electronic Artist at the New Zealand Music Awards and have drawn support from names like Mala, Skream, Liquid Stranger, Youngsta, and Hatcha.
Truth aren't the only ones on the bill. They're joined by Chef Boyarbeatz, WRAZ x HYPHO, CØNTRA, and Breathworkz, so there's a full night of bass music to work through. The whole thing takes place at ReelWorks, an independent music and events venue in RiNo that features 360° projection mapping and world-class sound, with a capacity that scales from 250 to 2,500 guests.
