Trixx

Frankie 'TRIXX' Agyemang is playing the Denver Improv Comedy Club & Dinner Theater on Saturday, October 10, 2026. He goes by Trixx, and if you haven't caught him before, he's one of North America's rising comedic stars. His style is described as taboo-shattering, searingly honest, and painfully funny, and he's built a cult following around no-holds-barred, boundary-pushing humor.

That humor pulls from a few different directions at once. He mixes boisterous commentary on pop culture, relationships, music, clubbing, and sex with acute insights on being black in North America. It's the kind of set that doesn't shy away from the things people usually avoid talking about in public, and it's that willingness to go there that's earned him his reputation.

He's been winning competitions for a while now. He took the Boston Comedy Festival in 2021, the World Series of Comedy in 2018, and Just for Laughs' JFL42 Big Break Competition back in 2013. His work has appeared on Kevin Hart's LOL Network and Sirius XM Radio, and he's opened for a long list of names: Tracy Morgan, Damon Wayans, Cedric the Entertainer, Mike Epps, Ryan Hamilton, and Sugar Sammy. If you recognize any of those, you've got a good idea of the company he keeps.

The show is at 9 PM on Saturday, October 10, at the Denver Improv Comedy Club & Dinner Theater. Tickets are available through do303.
