Live dance music set by the electronic music duo Tritonal at Club Vinyl.
Tritonal play Club Vinyl on Friday, October 16, presented by Global Dance. It's a live dance music set from the Austin-based duo, who've been working together since 2008.
If you're not familiar, Tritonal is Chad Cisneros and Dave Reed. They've spent nearly two decades in electronic music, with five full-length albums, more than 250 commercial releases, and over a billion collective streams. They started in trance and progressive house, and from there they've moved into progressive, future dance, and cinematic electronica. Their debut album was Piercing the Quiet, followed by the Metamorphic EP series, and in 2021 they put out Reverence, an ambient meditation record. A couple of their best-known tracks are "Now or Never" and "Anchor."
They've also worked with a lot of the bigger names in the scene. Their collaborations include The Chainsmokers, Cash Cash, Zedd, Hardwell, Armin van Buuren, and Ferry Corsten. "Until You Were Gone," which they did with The Chainsmokers, went platinum in North America. That festival presence is there too — they've played EDC Las Vegas, Lollapalooza, Ultra Music Festival, Electric Zoo, and Creamfields.
